1. Who is responsible for your data
This website (2secondmethod.com) is owned and operated by Ziberon MB, registration number 307083208, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius. Ziberon MB is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights in section 7, email [[SUPPORT EMAIL — create pagalba@2secondmethod.com in Cloudflare Email Routing]]. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.
2. What we collect
- Your email address and first name — given by you at checkout.
- Purchase records — what you bought, when, how much you paid, and which products your account can access. We do not hold your card number.
- Email activity — whether an email we sent was delivered, and whether you clicked a link in it.
- Technical and marketing data — IP address, browser information, the page you arrived from, and advertising identifiers such as click IDs, where present in the link you used.
- Usage and advertising analytics — pseudonymous events about how the site is used, and advertising identifiers used to measure our ads. These are collected automatically from the moment you arrive.
We collect your email address as soon as you type it into the checkout form, before you pay. That is deliberate: it is what lets us send you your access link, and what lets us email you if you start an order and do not finish it.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Taking payment and giving you access to what you bought | Performance of our contract with you |
| Sending your access link, receipts and service messages | Performance of our contract with you |
| Keeping accounting and tax records | Legal obligation |
| Emailing you about your unfinished order, and later about our products | Our legitimate interest in marketing our own similar products to our own customers and enquirers. You can stop this at any time — see section 5. |
| Security, fraud prevention and keeping the site running | Our legitimate interest in protecting the service |
| Analytics and advertising measurement | Our legitimate interest in understanding which parts of the site work and in measuring the advertising that brought you here. You can object at any time — see section 6. |
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions:
| Provider | What for | What they receive | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing | Email, name, payment details, purchase history. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. | Ireland / USA |
| Supabase | Our database | Email, first name, purchase and access records, email delivery log. | EU (Ireland) |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and security | Technical request data including IP address. | Global edge network |
| Resend | Sending our emails | Email address, name, and whether an email was delivered or a link clicked. | USA |
| PostHog | Product analytics | Pseudonymous usage events and a first-party analytics cookie. Loaded on every visit. | EU |
| Meta | Advertising measurement | Hashed email, event data and advertising identifiers, so we can measure and target ads. Loaded on every visit. | USA |
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. Marketing emails
If you give us your email address at checkout, we may send you emails about our own products, including a reminder if you start an order without finishing it. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately and stops all marketing email — including any already scheduled.
Unsubscribing never affects service messages about something you have bought: your access link, receipts and delivery emails are part of the product and are sent regardless.
6. Cookies, analytics and how to opt out
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in to the members' area and to keep checkout working. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
We do not show a cookie banner. Analytics and advertising tools — PostHog and the Meta pixel — load automatically when you arrive, and set their own identifiers. We rely on our legitimate interest in measuring the advertising that brings people here and in seeing which parts of the site work. We do not use them to build a profile of you for anyone else, and we do not sell what they collect.
You can turn them off for this browser at any time. Use the button below. It stores a single setting on this device; from then on neither tool is loaded on any page of this site. Clearing this site's data will reset it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, where we have no continuing basis to keep it;
- restrict or object to our processing, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests, including analytics and advertising measurement — see section 6 for the switch, which takes effect immediately.
Email [[SUPPORT EMAIL — create pagalba@2secondmethod.com in Cloudflare Email Routing]] and we will respond within one month. Note that deleting your data also removes your access to anything you have purchased, and that we must keep transaction records for as long as tax law requires even if you ask for erasure.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.
8. How long we keep it
- Purchase and accounting records — for as long as Lithuanian tax law requires, currently ten years.
- Your account and access records — for as long as you have access to a product you bought.
- Enquirers who never bought — up to two years from your last interaction, then deleted.
- Unsubscribe records — kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we do not email you again.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Access to the members' area uses single-use, expiring sign-in links rather than passwords, so there is no password of yours for us to lose. Our database is not publicly reachable and administrative pages are not accessible to the public.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where required, you.
10. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. This version is dated 11 August 2026.
