Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

This website (2secondmethod.com) is owned and operated by Ziberon MB, registration number 307083208, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius. In these Terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ziberon MB; “you” means the person using the Site or buying a product.

You can reach us at [[SUPPORT EMAIL — create pagalba@2secondmethod.com in Cloudflare Email Routing]].

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or buy anything through it.

3. What we sell

We sell digital content: written lessons and related materials delivered online through a members' area on this Site. Nothing physical is shipped. The main product is The 2-Second Method at 19,00 €. Other products may be offered alongside it at the prices shown at the time of purchase.

All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to you is the one shown when you complete your order.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. To let you add further products to your order in one click, Stripe may securely store your card against a customer record; you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing us.

You confirm that you are legally able to use the payment method you provide and that the details you give us are accurate.

5. Delivery and access

Access is delivered by email immediately after a successful payment, as a sign-in link to the members' area. Sign-in links are single-use and expire; you can request a new one at any time. It is your responsibility to give a working email address and to check your spam folder. If your access email has not arrived, email us and we will resend it.

We aim to keep the members' area available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or reorganise the content.

6. Your right to cancel, and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving any reason. To withdraw, email us at [[SUPPORT EMAIL — create pagalba@2secondmethod.com in Cloudflare Email Routing]] within that period and we will refund you in full, using the same payment method, without undue delay.

We do not ask you to waive this right in exchange for immediate access, and we do not require an explanation or evidence that you tried the material. Requesting a refund ends your licence to use the content and your access to the members' area.

Outside the 14-day period, refunds are at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first — we would rather fix it directly than have you raise a chargeback.

7. Your licence to use the content

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own private purposes. You may not copy, republish, resell, share, upload or otherwise distribute the content, in whole or in part, and you may not share your sign-in link or account access with anyone else.

All content on the Site remains our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe the content is being redistributed or the licence otherwise breached.

8. Health disclaimer — please read

The content is educational and is not medical advice. We are not doctors, therapists or healthcare providers, and using this Site does not create any clinical or therapeutic relationship. The material is general information written for a general audience; it is not tailored to you and it takes no account of your medical history, medication or circumstances.

Do not use this content to diagnose or treat any condition, and do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you have pain, a persistent difficulty, a sudden change in function, or any concern about your physical or mental health, speak to a qualified doctor. If you have a heart condition, a neurological condition, a pelvic-floor condition, are recovering from surgery, or are taking medication that affects sexual function, consult a doctor before following any exercise or practice described in the material. Stop immediately if anything causes pain.

9. No guarantee of results

Any outcomes, timeframes or examples described on the Site are illustrative, not promises. Results depend on individual circumstances and on what you actually do, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Nothing on the Site should be read as a warranty that the content will work for you.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any account that is not yours, not to interfere with its operation, and not to use it to send unsolicited communications. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or use the members' area.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change the Site, the products and these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order, and changes do not apply retrospectively to a purchase you have already made. This version is dated 11 August 2026.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

We would always rather resolve a complaint directly — email us first. If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
